Shipping & Sanitary Exchange Policy

Shipping: orders of $30 or more ship free with tracking; orders under $30 carry a $5 standard shipping fee. Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days. Sanitary Exchange Policy: to protect pet health and prevent cross-contamination, all grooming, bath and wellness items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The only exception is an item delivered damaged, reported to care@prayupets.com within 48 hours of delivery together with a mandatory continuous, uncut unboxing video. Approved claims receive a replacement or refund.
